  • Lost & Found Inquiries

    Either visit a race information desk (close to the fountains by Osaka-Jo Hall or Morinomiya Station) or contact the Osaka Marathon Call Center by phone (072-886-8930) or email (support@osaka-marathon.com).

  • Registering a Objection to a Recorded Time

    Race times are scheduled to be published at around 10 p.m. (JST) on Sunday February 22 on the official Osaka Marathon website. Anyone wishing to question a recorded time should contact the Osaka Marathon Call Center via email (support@osaka-marathon.com) by the planned deadline of 12 p.m. (JST) on Sunday March 1.

  • Photo Service (paid service)

    PICSOON will be releasing photos and videos in order of finishing and these can be purchased. All are scheduled to be uploaded by around 7 p.m. (JST) on Sunday February 22.
