How Participants are Selected	Selection Method	If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity, a drawing will be held. Notification of the drawing results will be provided in late October by email. (Depending on the situation, a notification may be sent to those who are additionally selected as participants.)

Important Points to Note		◎JAAF members are prohibited from applying as both pairs and groups. ◎Participants in pairs and groups will start from the same block as the participant in the same pair/group with the slowest personal best time and estimated time at application. [Runners in racing wheelchairs] ◎Please report the event name and finishing time of the marathon in which you recorded a time of 1:05 or less for a half marathon, or 2:10 or less for a full marathon in a race held on or after April 1, 2019, at the time of application.

*2: Participants must donate at least two units (one unit: 500 yen) in addition to paying the entry fee, etc. Refunds will not be provided after payment has been received.
